Non-exempt and eligible for overtime About Leading Edge Scaffold Leading Edge Scaffold provides access solutions for commercial, industrial, government, and specialty construction projects. Our services include scaffolding, swing stages, construction hoists, shoring, stair towers, roof-containment systems, and related access solutions. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Construction Administrative Coordinator to support our Northwest operations. This position works closely with project managers, estimators, field supervisors, employees, customers, and vendors to help keep daily operations and construction projects organized. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to branch and project-management personnel. Answer calls and emails and direct inquiries appropriately. Help maintain employee, crew, truck, and equipment schedules. Create and maintain electronic and physical job files. Enter and update project, customer, employee, and job-cost information. Assist with proposals, work orders, purchase orders, change orders, and customer billing documentation. Collect and organize timecards, field reports, work tickets, delivery tickets, and customer approvals. Assist with payroll documentation, employee onboarding, and training-record maintenance. Coordinate employee travel and lodging when required. Organize contracts, insurance documents, scaffold drawings, engineering documents, and safety records. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, office staff, and field personnel. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative, office, or customer-service experience. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn new software and handle confidential information appropriately. Preferred Experience Two or more years of administrative experience. Construction or specialty-contracting experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Bluebeam Revu. Experience with timecards, payroll support, billing documentation, purchase orders, or job-cost tracking. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Overtime eligibility in accordance with applicable law. Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) eligibility after 90 days with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%. 10 days of paid time off annually during the first three years, increasing to 15 days after three years. 7.5 paid company holidays annually. Paid sick leave in accordance with Washington law. Weekly pay by direct deposit. Reimbursement of approved business expenses.
