Job Description Position Summary The Plant Manager provides the leadership and direction to the Operations, Purchasing, and Production Control staff. Manage all site operations related functions in the safest and most efficient manner ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained. This includes managing all functions affecting plant productivity, operational efficiency, costs, and customer delivery targets. Primary Responsibilities Develop strategies to achieve operational objectives for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

Responsible for meeting specific productivity and financial objectives, including variable costs related to direct and indirect labor, supplies, maintenance, utilities, etc.

Ensure consistent operational procedures and quality standards are implemented and followed throughout the manufacturing process; identify and implement manufacturing improvements

Identify new opportunities and associated initiatives that will drive optimization in the process and manufacturing methodologies

Achieve manufacturing excellence through continuous improvement techniques as determined by industry standards, market competition, and internal corporate benchmarks; maintain operational pipeline initiatives and drive accountability to meeting targets

Anticipate, identify, and respond to actual and/or potential operational constraints and develop the necessary corrective actions

Bring insight and vision to plant operations while practicing fiscal discipline; actively promote and environment of positive employee relations with open communication channels and employee involvement

Other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial engineering environment preferred

Thorough knowledge of machinery and of the product being manufactured

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, human resources, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

Knowledge of materials management and material flow

Knowledge of SixSigma, 6S, and Continuous Improvement tools preferred

Ability to monitor and assess performance of others and partner with Human Resources to make improvements or take corrective action

Knowledge of machines, tools, and tolling including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance

Demonstrated experience motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job

Ability to consider costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one

Proactive communication with clear articulation of results and needs across all levels of the organization

Ability to establish and communicate clear priorities and to influence others to support and act on those priorities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

10+ years related experience, strong preference for aerospace manufacturing experience

Relocation Relocation is authorized for this position. For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $161,900.00 to $202,400.00 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 40% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

The position will be eligible to participate in the Company's Long-Term Incentive Program
