Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will manage the crew and each production job through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting team goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA) Clearly communicates task assignments and essential updates to the team before, during, and after each project to ensure smooth operations and timely completion Provides hands-on training to the team on proper installation methods, use of tools, equipment handling, and material management to ensure high-quality work Prioritize team safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety checks to mitigate risks and promote a secure working environment Actively motivates, encourages, and recognizes team achievements to foster a positive, high-performance work culture Addresses performance issues promptly and appropriately, communicating any concerns to the Production Manager for effective resolution and continuous improvement Installations Reviews job expectations and engineering plans, ensuring all required materials, tools, and equipment are loaded onto the truck for a seamless and efficient job execution Assesses job site conditions upon arrival, making real-time adjustments to the plan to address any unexpected challenges and ensure project success Delivers high-quality installations, driving job progress and ensuring on-time completion while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship Troubleshoots and resolves issues proactively, adapting processes on the spot to maintain momentum and meet client expectations Collects payment upon job completion, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction Completes all required paperwork accurately and promptly, ensuring timely submission to the appropriate company contacts for proper documentation and record-keeping Remarkable Customer Service Maintains clear communication with the customer throughout the project using the company's customer messaging system, providing updates and addressing concerns in real-time Ensures customer satisfaction with any job changes, clearly explaining the reasons for adjustments and obtaining approval before proceeding to ensure alignment with their expectations Confirms customer satisfaction with the final result, thoroughly reviewing the completed work to ensure it meets or exceeds expectations Pays close attention to cleanliness, ensuring the customer's home is left in pristine condition, often improving the space beyond its original state for a truly exceptional finish Delivers an exceptional customer experience, prioritizing customer needs and fostering positive relationships through professionalism, quality work, and attention to detail
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in the installation of Helical/Push Piers and/or Pin Piles Minimum 1 years of leadership experience as a Foreman or Project Lead, demonstrating the ability to manage teams effectively Expertise in operating construction equipment and/or power tools, with a preference for candidates who have hands-on experience Skilled in using mobile technology, with the ability to operate phones, apps, and tablets as needed for project management and communication Strong ability to read and interpret engineering plans, ensuring accurate execution of project specifications Ability to read and recognize information in written materials or on a screen for up to 75% of the time Fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write effectively; ability to speak Spanish is a plus High school diploma or GED preferred, with 2+ years of relevant construction experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record in the construction industry A valid driver's license (or CDL) with a safe driving record This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position.
