We're seeking a polished, relationship-driven Luxury Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to developing new business and closing complex, design-build estate projects ranging from $500K to $1M+. Build trusted relationships with affluent homeowners, realtors, architects, and influencers who drive referrals. Represent GRO at exclusive networking events-charity galas, realtor showcases, private clubs, and curated community gatherings. Maintain a referral-driven pipeline through credibility and reputation, not cold calls. Guide clients through high-stakes investment decisions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Partner with in-house design and production teams to ensure flawless delivery of every promise made. Project Management Responsibilities Manage all phases of design-build projects, including design coordination, permitting, construction, subcontractor oversight, and final closeout. Select, schedule, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades including excavation, framing, roofing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, masonry, carpentry, painting, and flooring. Oversee structural, plumbing, and electrical work for pools, spas, patios, decks, and outdoor structures. Supervise the design and installation of custom outdoor environments including kitchens, fire features, lighting, irrigation, and plantings. Coordinate hardscape construction such as retaining walls, pathways, drainage systems, and other site work. Ensure all subcontractor work adheres to plans, specifications, and safety requirements. Track and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and cost parameters. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, craftsmanship, and compliance with scope. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues. Verify all work meets code, permit, and environmental requirements. Complete project closeout including inspections, punch lists, and client satisfaction reviews. Why GRO?
