What You'll Do As an ERC, you will: Be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events Build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process Generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities Work closely with first responders, adjusters, project managers, and community leaders Secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage Represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building Deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where no two days are the same. Who You Are You're someone who: Has a strong internal drive and takes initiative Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Leads with compassion and empathy Is confident communicating with people in emotional situations Thinks quickly but stays calm and controlled Is energized by helping others during difficult moments Is comfortable both one-on-one and speaking in groups Compensation & Benefits Base + Commission (Typical earnings: $85K-$100K base, no cap on commissions. Top producers can earn $200k or more) Company vehicle + gas Cell phone and computer provided Flexible schedule + PTO & sick time Ongoing leadership development & mentorship Access to Paul Davis University What You'll Need Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities Comfort using technology and CRM tools Valid driver's license with a good driving record Willingness to be on-call (including nights/weekends as scheduled) A commitment to continuous learning and growth Preferred Experience Previous outside sales experience is strongly encouraged Experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is a plus Candidates with a background in sales within a construction or service-based environmen t will be well-positioned for success in this role Why This Role Matters Serving others in their time of need is not easy—but it's meaningful work.
