Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling & Coordination:

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating daily site activities to ensure seamless project flow.

Document Control:

Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, CAD, SketchUp) to manage RFIs, submittals, plans, specifications, and change orders.

Cost & Data Management:

Analyze Excel data to assist with budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and ongoing cost tracking.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Monitor job site progress, safety protocols, and quality control procedures alongside project managers and field leads.

Team Communication:

Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates while resolving potential delays proactively.

What We're Looking For Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with tools like Bluebeam, CAD, SketchUp, and advanced Excel for project tracking.

Industry Knowledge:

Solid understanding of construction site operations, estimating techniques, contracts, and procurement processes.

Problem Solver:

Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
