This role is responsible for managing repair and rebuild projects following mitigation work, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget—while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership immediately, lead teams effectively, and drive results from day one. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise Carpenters and Subcontractors at the assigned location Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of Carpenters and support staff Conduct performance evaluations and address performance concerns as needed Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused team culture Authorize in-budget job-related purchases Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of restoration and reconstruction projects from scope through completion Scope, estimate, and sell repair projects to clients Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with profitability goals Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations throughout the restoration process Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews to ensure quality and efficiency Oversee materials ordering and maintain efficient project scheduling Monitor job costing, budgets, and overall project performance Manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local regulations Collaborate with internal mitigation and operations teams for seamless project handoffs Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in restoration or reconstruction Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with estimating, scoping, and selling construction or repair projects Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors Familiarity with CRM or project management software (Dash experience is a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters OSHA or other safety certifications Takeoff/estimating experience Preferred Attributes Self-directed and capable of operating without close supervision Results-driven with a strong focus on profitability and efficiency Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Regular travel to job sites, including active construction and restoration environments Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally Ability to safely navigate uneven terrain and active job sites What We Offer Milestone-based bonus opportunities Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing organization Apply now if you are an experienced construction or restoration professional ready to step into a leadership role immediately.
