Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee field operations related to landscape construction, grading, and site preparation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of site development, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all site development activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to achieve project objectives. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in site development, landscaping, or construction supervision Strong knowledge of grading, drainage systems, and site preparation techniques Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple job sites Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Hands-on, team-oriented work environment
