Superintendent - Single Family Production Homes Superintendent - Single Family Production Homes Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of single-family production homes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will manage on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities for single-family homes Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors Ensure project schedules are met and that work is conducted safely and efficiently Review and interpret blueprints and project plans Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with industry standards Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections and attend project meetings Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in residential construction Strong knowledge of single-family home construction processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in project management software and tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
