Job Description

Bring Character Back to Construction. At Coach House Homes, we believe homes should tell a story. Whether we're crafting a one-of-a-kind luxury custom home, breathing new life into a century-old historic property, or transforming an entire home through a large-scale renovation, our mission is simple:
  • Bring Character Back to Construction.
  • We're looking for an exceptional Project Manager who shares that passion.
Someone who thrives on solving problems before they become problems, communicates with honesty and confidence, and genuinely enjoys building relationships just as much as building remarkable homes. This isn't just another construction management position. It's an opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that treats each other—and our clients—like family. What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our projects from groundbreaking through completion.
You'll:
  • Lead luxury custom home and whole-home renovation projects with confidence and professionalism.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and job site documentation.
  • Anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions before they impact the project.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive, timely communication.
  • Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every home reflects the quality and character Coach House Homes is known for.
  • Foster positive relationships with our trade partners while holding everyone accountable to excellence.
Who You Are :
You're someone who naturally takes ownership. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen—you see it, solve it, and keep everyone informed along the way.
You have:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to serve clients and teammates.
  • High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
  • The ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience managing residential construction projects, preferably custom homes or major renovations.
  • A passion for craftsmanship, historic architecture, and homes with lasting character.
Our Culture:
We're a tight-knit team that believes great homes are built by great people.
We value:
  • Trust over ego.
  • Solutions over excuses.
  • Communication over assumptions.
  • Craftsmanship over shortcuts.
  • Relationships over transactions. You'll work alongside people who genuinely care about one another, celebrate wins together, and take pride in delivering homes that families will love for generations. ## Why Coach House Homes? You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Manage distinctive luxury custom homes and historic renovations.
  • Work with clients who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Be empowered to make decisions and lead projects.
  • Join a company that's growing while staying true to its values.
If this sounds like you... If you're looking for more than just another construction job—if you're looking to build beautiful homes, meaningful relationships, and a rewarding career—we'd love to meet you. Join Coach House Homes and help us continue Bringing Character Back to Construction!
