- Lead luxury custom home and whole-home renovation projects with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and job site documentation.
- Anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions before they impact the project.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive, timely communication.
- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ensure every home reflects the quality and character Coach House Homes is known for.
- Foster positive relationships with our trade partners while holding everyone accountable to excellence.

- Experience managing residential construction projects, preferably custom homes or major renovations.
