•Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects at our job sites. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise field teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project success from inception to completion. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or ProCore Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities and verify work accuracy Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, quality control logs, and project schedules Oversee budgeting activities related to labor, materials, and equipment; assist in cost estimating and change order management Experience Proven supervising experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction projects Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or similar tools Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating Familiarity with contracts management and project scheduling techniques Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for construction site safety Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent management skills Join us to lead impactful projects that shape the future of infrastructure!
