We are a 24/7/365 emergency restoration company. This position requires flexibility and significant reconstruction experience.Candidates MUST:
Have 3+ years of professional reconstruction/restoration experience . This is not an entry-level construction position. Live within 30 minutes of the assigned office due to emergency response requirements. Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously . Participate in an on-call rotation approximately 1 week per month . Be willing to work extended hours during high-volume periods. This can occasionally mean 10-12 hour days for 1-2 weeks at a time . Have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel approximately 25%. About the Position Join a team that offers unlimited potential based on performance. As a Project Manager, you'll manage restoration and reconstruction projects while helping customers recover from fire, water, mold, and other property emergencies. We value professional growth, strong relationships, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage multiple restoration/reconstruction projects from start to finish. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, customers, and job documentation. Handle fire, water, and mold loss projects. Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and emergency projects. Maintain regular communication with customers and insurance adjusters. Follow up with customers after job completion and obtain required documentation. Ensure completed job files and billing information are submitted on time. Investigate and help resolve customer concerns. Develop relationships with insurance adjusters and other industry professionals. Participate in the emergency on-call rotation. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. Qualifications 3+ years of reconstruction/restoration experience required Previous project or production management experience Ability to successfully manage multiple active jobs Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors Experience working with insurance-related restoration projects preferred Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with 2-4 years of project/production management experience OR Associate Degree with 3-6 years of project management experience preferred. Relevant reconstruction and project management experience is our priority.Work Location:
