This role is responsible for both preconstruction estimating and full-cycle project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Estimating / Preconstruction Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial projects Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Develop scopes of work and bid packages Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Assist in value engineering and budgeting efforts Project Management Oversee projects from award through closeout Develop and manage project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Lead client and internal project meetings Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications 3-10+ years of experience in commercial construction (GC experience preferred) Strong estimating and project management skills Ability to read and interpret construction documents Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
