Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced High-End Residential Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee luxury home projects from inception to completion. This role requires a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. The Superintendent will coordinate all aspects of construction, manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and uphold the highest standards of quality. Duties Lead and manage on-site construction activities, supervising crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Coordinate construction schedules using project management software to optimize workflow and resource allocation Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of design intent Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations, federal construction safety standards, and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to verify workmanship aligns with specifications and industry standards Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs using software Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track Qualifications Proven experience supervising high-end residential or commercial construction projects with a strong portfolio of luxury homes or similar developments Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling, budgeting, safety management, and quality assurance Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans with precision Strong understanding of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations governing residential sites Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high morale and productivity in a demanding environment Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and supervise multiple crews simultaneously Familiarity with managing contracts, change orders, project estimating, and construction cost control techniques Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols using tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections is preferred Join our team to lead innovative residential projects that exemplify craftsmanship excellence!
