Superintendent - Custom Homes Lake Geneva & Fontana, WI $85,000-$110,000 DOE A well-established Beloit-based general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join its growing Custom Homes Division . With a strong backlog of industrial, commercial, and residential work across multiple states, this company offers long-term stability and a steady pipeline of projects. The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day construction of high-end custom homes in the Lake Geneva and Fontana area, managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, and jobsite safety from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

Superintendent experience in single-family residential construction Experience with luxury custom homes and high-end finishes strongly preferred Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and communication skills Ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget This opportunity is best suited for a seasoned residential builder who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working on some of Southeast Wisconsin's premier custom homes.
