We're seeking an experienced Project Manager II who thrives in a collaborative, jobsite‑based environment and enjoys leading work from the ground up. In this role, you'll manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, while working side‑by‑side with Superintendents and project management teams on site. You'll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track. You will be responsible for protecting uptime, mitigating risk, and delivering zero-defect turnover, while maintaining alignment with Boldt's safety culture, schedule commitments, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as a key interface with clients, many of whom operate in 24/7 in zero-downtime environments. Combination of education and or industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Four to seven years of construction experience, with 2 plus years of mission critical construction projects focusing on strong coordination and execution. Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems is preferred. Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field. Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients. Nice to Have Basic experience with data center commissioning processes (Level 1-5). Ability to work in dynamic and fluid environments with operational constraints and change control requirements. Strong focus on documentation rigor, QA/QC, and turnover excellence.Compensation Target Hiring Range:
$120,000- $145,000 annually Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $120,000
- $145,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.
