Job Description
JOB DETAILS
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule:
Call Only, week at a time - start 4 pm Friday to 7 am,
Friday Practice Setting:
Inpatient Type of cases: General Urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Fellowship required.
Licensure required:
Active Wisconsin State Medical License
