This individual will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing project schedules, tracking labor utilization, and ensuring project objectives are met safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in construction project management and experience working with telecommunications infrastructure, including cabling, DAS, and fiber systems. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and support for Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents. Develop, maintain, and manage 1-week and 1-month look-ahead schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor project scope, labor utilization, productivity, and overall performance. Coordinate closely with Safety and Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Oversee installation and construction activities related to structured cabling, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and fiber optic infrastructure. Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve scheduling, staffing, or execution challenges. Facilitate communication between field teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Manage project documentation, reporting, and scheduling activities using project management tools. Support multiple project phases and ensure successful completion of project deliverables. Required Qualifications Experience in Project Management within construction, telecommunications, or related industries. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and field operations. Experience managing telecommunications infrastructure projects, including cabling, DAS, and fiber systems. Ability to effectively coordinate with field leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with:
Procore Microsoft Outlook Primavera P6 (P6) Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, or telecommunications construction projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with labor forecasting, productivity tracking, and project controls. Work Environment & Schedule Typical work schedule is 40+ hours per week. Projects often require a 6-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Availability for occasional after-hours support calls and Saturday work may be required based on project needs. This position requires frequent interaction with field personnel and on-site project teams.
