We provide fire, water, wind, mold and other property damage services to both residential and commercial properties in Southeast Wisconsin. We are looking for a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing multiple jobs at any given time. This includes inspecting, estimating, budgeting, subcontracting, scheduling, and quality-checking each job throughout the reconstruction phase. Our ideal candidate demonstrates knowledge of commercial and residential reconstruction and communicates effectively with customer, crews and office staff while working on multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project by providing direction and coordination of all aspects related to the project, arranging subcontractors and maintaining the schedule throughout the project. Work with crews closely to ensure all stages of jobs are completed within the necessary timelines and within budget from beginning to completion. Prepare, negotiate and execute work orders and subcontractors to completion. Maintain effective communication with customers and all parties involved. Ensure jobs are produced on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of all phases of construction. 2+ years' experience in reconstruction management or related. Experience leading a team of trades/subcontractors. Proficient in technology such as computer use and the ability to learn new software programs. Strong communication, customer service, organization, prioritization skills and detail oriented. Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Experience with Xactimate, PSA, Matterport, and Phoenix DryLink is a plus.
