This role oversees installation operations across core exterior home improvement products, including windows, sunrooms, doors, and siding . The team under your responsibility may include Installation Supervisors, Field Technicians, Warehouse Specialists, and employee and subcontractor installers. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Early start times are required, and occasional Saturday work may be necessary based on business and customer needs. Responsibilities Monitor and manage key business reports, dashboards, and performance indicators, including uninstall reporting, accounts receivable, work in progress (WIP), cost of goods, service reporting, stage payments, and cycle times. Execute and maintain established policies and procedures. Proactively manage customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns. Provide regular and timely customer communication throughout the installation process, including updates from measurement and product ordering through scheduling, installation, service, and post-installation follow-up. Respond to customer inquiries, assigned tasks, emails, and phone calls within 24 hours. Escalate and personally address significant customer concerns or complaints as needed, partnering with appropriate operational leadership to develop and implement timely resolutions. Monitor and manage cost of goods, inventory, accruals, job costing, invoicing, and purchasing. Verify labor and material costs for employees and subcontractors to achieve division profitability objectives. Coach and foster teamwork, accountability, and trust within the operations team. Build positive collaboration among operations, sales, and support teams. Recognize employee excellence and celebrate achievement of goals. Identify performance issues, hold team members accountable, and implement coaching and training plans as needed. Own and manage division capacity, forecasting, revenue, installation, and service performance. Ensure appropriate staffing and training to meet measurement, installation, and service requirements. Accurately forecast workload and capacity through timely product ordering, scheduling, system updates, warehouse inventory management, and monitoring expected product ship dates. Ensure installation revenue and completion requirements are consistently met, including completion of installations, collection of payments, receipt of required completion documentation, and appropriate post-installation customer communication. Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, remodeling, home improvement, or a related industry Previous experience supervising, coaching, and training employees and/or subcontractors Strong ability to create, organize, and manage schedules and workloads Creative and practical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and business software systems Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package , which may include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Flexible spending account Company vehicle/truck for business use Additional benefits and programs
