Sheboygan, Wisconsin, United States | On-Site | Full-Time We're hiring a Project Manager to lead multiple reconstruction projects from design through completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality plans Coordinate clients, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams Conduct site visits and monitor progress, quality, and safety Manage project risks, scope changes, budgets, and schedules Track costs, forecast expenses, and issue change orders Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards Provide weekly project updates Manage final inspections, punch lists, close-outs, and warranty work Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Requirements 2- or 4-year college degree 2-4 years of construction management or related experience Valid driver's license OSHA 30 Safety certification Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Project Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse teams
