We're looking for a Training and Procedures Coordinator to build and maintain training materials for our Martinsburg production teams, working closely with subject matter experts and department leaders. This highly independent role has no direct reports, but requires constant collaboration with production leaders and floor employees, along with strong ownership, follow-through, and accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own training materials end-to-end — develop, review, revise, and retire content as processes change
  • Conduct safety orientation sessions for new full-time and temporary employees
  • Follow up with trainers to confirm on-the-job training is completed
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training strategies
  • Continuously improve training methods and materials; ensure training aligns with plant safety standards
Preferred Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years developing training materials or structured documentation
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Canva or similar tools
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Manufacturing/production environment experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
  • Based at the Martinsburg Plant. The first few weeks will include training in Berryville before transitioning to the primary Martinsburg location. Occasional travel to Fairfield is required, along with some schedule flexibility for occasional early or late hours. Hours are Monday through Friday either 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm.
