We're looking for a Sheetfed Press Operator to join our team! In this role, you will operate and maintain multicolor sheetfed printing presses to produce high-quality 4-color and up to 8-color printed images. Experience with Komori and Heidelberg presses is preferred . You'll also ensure all safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor multicolor sheetfed printing presses through full production runs. Perform make-ready duties, including hanging plates, bringing jobs into register, and adjusting color. Review job jackets, production schedules, and gather required materials before each run. Conduct quality checks during runs for color, register, and overall print quality. Maintain accurate production, paper, and ink usage records, including skid tickets and counts. Keep press and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Assist with press maintenance, lubrication, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.

Preferred Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience operating a multicolor sheetfed printing press. Strong ability to accurately see and distinguish color variations. Mechanical aptitude for press adjustments and minor repairs. High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Training:

Training may be conducted at the Berryville location for up to six months or longer, as needed. Training hours may take place during the day , regardless of the shift the employee is hired for.

Pay:
