Duties include supervision of residents, direct supervision of BSS staff, assume on call duties, will make a monthly BSS staff schedule. Direct implementation of training staff, especially with orientation training. Familiarity with policies in reference to treatment and supervision of residents as well as agency policies and missions, Must possess good leadership skills, have exceptional organization skills and excellent communication, Must have good computer skills, Must have ability to be flexible with work schedule, and Must be dependable and willing to go the extra mile. Min. Req.: At least 21 years of age, pass criminal background check, pass a pre-employment drug-screen, have a HS Diploma or equivalency and a valid WV Driver's License. You also have to pass First Aid/CPR and TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) training that we provide. Manager position is an evening shift.
