Job Description

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Commercial Electrical Superintendent / Project Field Superintendent to oversee field operations and lead crews on commercial electrical installation projects. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in managing commercial electrical installs and working alongside field crews to help us drive project success and company profit. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive hourly rate of $42.00 - $45.00 per hour, plus per diem. This full-time position operates on a 50-hour workweek schedule (Monday - Friday, 10-hour days) based out of Riverton, WY , with heavy travel required. It also includes an extensive compensation package featuring weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience managing Commercial Electrical Installations Hands-on field leadership skills, including the ability to work with tools alongside crews when needed Proficiency with Bluebeam, project scheduling, and construction computer databases Comprehensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, national electrical codes (NEC), and job site safety protocols Willingness and ability to accommodate heavy travel requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are really looking for a self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
