Job Description

Home Energy Rx is a locally owned and operated energy conservation company focused on maximizing energy usage while improving customer cost of consumption through education, energy usage assessments and installation of various efficiency measures. We are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences through the education of energy conservation and the explanation of how consumers play an important role in reducing the demand of energy while benefiting from services that reduce utility cost as well as increase comfort. We are looking for our next team member!
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform home energy rating inspections /testing. Perform home energy audit retrofits, i.e. air sealing, duct sealing, other energy upgrades, etc. Perform tests such as blower door and duct blaster, locate predominant air leaks. Communicate standards and recommendations to builders and homeowners.
Desired Professional Attributes:
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-directed with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Home renovation, construction, or HVAC experience desired. Proficient at system diagnostics and evaluation. Training is available as well as career advancement opportunities.
Personal Attributes:
Good interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and professional. Good work ethic and problem solving skills. Positive attitude, quick to learn. Attention to detail is a must. Good attendance
Education Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work
Compensation and Position Details:
Salary dependent on experience. Position to be filled in

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
