We're looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and disciplined individual who's ready to inspect homes at the highest level, provide top-tier customer service, and be part of a company that values consistency, precision, and integrity. About the Role You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive residential inspections , including structural, electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, sewer, pool/spa, termite, chimney, mold, and more. You'll crawl into tight spaces, fly drones over steep roofs, and face off with spiders, rats, cats, and the occasional curious horse. If you're ready to get your hands dirty (literally) and deliver world-class inspection reports, we want you. Minimum Requirements Must be certified through InterNACHI or CRIEA (or be actively pursuing certification to be completed before employment). IGO training graduates welcome—but you must complete InterNACHI or CRIEA certification to gain employment. FAA Part 107 Drone License required (or must be obtained as part of employment). Must be able to crawl under homes , climb ladders, and access attics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be detail-oriented , punctual, and professional in appearance and communication. Comfortable around pets, insects, dirt, and occasional filth (we provide PPE for a reason!). Preferred Qualifications Former military personnel are strongly encouraged to apply. Your discipline, attention to detail, and leadership skills are highly valued. Background in construction, trades, or related technical field is preferred. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents . Training Provided We don't expect you to know everything on day one. You'll go through structured, company-paid training to ensure you learn the "Anarumo Way"—our proven method for delivering consistent, high-quality inspections.
Training includes:
Standard home inspection protocols Sewer scope inspections Mold testing procedures Pool and spa system evaluations Termite inspections Chimney inspections Drone operations (if not already licensed) What We Provide Tools, PPE (gloves, masks), ladders, cameras, and inspection gear Uniform shirts and professional appearance guidance Access to company tech platforms for scheduling and reporting Ongoing support and continuing education A team environment where quality and customer care matter more than speed Key Responsibilities Perform full residential inspections , identifying and documenting concerns. Use drones when required for inaccessible roofs. Deliver clear, informative reports with images and recommendations. Communicate professionally with real estate agents, clients, and team members. Maintain a high standard of accuracy and customer service . Travel throughout areas off the 91 freeway (Orange & Riverside County), with occasional assignments in Palm Springs, San Diego, LA, or Lancaster(Must have reliable car) .
