This is single site work. Applicant must be capable of ensuring construction site adheres to building codes and regulations. Applicant will conduct on site inspections, verify compliance with approved plans and maintain detailed records. Must have ACI Certification and ICC Reinforced Certificate. Responsibilities Job is in Madera, CA Must be capable of performing inspections, verifying compliance with approved plans Capable of maintain and providing detailed records of inspections. Qualifications ACI Certification ICC Reinforced Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of state building codes and regulations Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
