Three 11.5-hour shifts per week
Shift:
07:00 - 19:30
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Level
III NICU
experience Current BLS and NRP certifications Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based care to newborns and premature infants in a Level
III NICU
setting Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and specialized treatments according to physician orders Communicate effectively with families, supporting them through each step of the infant's care journey Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of neonatal care
