Branch 3 Termite Inspector

MUST BE LICENSED AS A BRANCH 3 TERMITE INSPECTOR

Responsibilities:

Must maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. Must be reliable and report to work on a consistent and timely manner. Must stay productive while on paid Company time. Must aim to satisfy and/or exceed clientele expectations. Must maintain all directly used company property and/or equipment. This includes repairing any equipment damaged by said employee. As applicable, must be able and willing to maintain and wash Company issued vehicles. Company issued vehicles are a privilege, not a right. Must be able to timely and accurately complete all necessary documentation as depicted by Company Policy & Procedures. (ex. Monthly Sales Reports, Estimates, Mileage Log, Timecards) Must have a base knowledge of services provided by Company. Must be able to self-educate in areas of weakness so to provide quality recommendations. Must ensure any special-order materials or tools are ordered in a timely manner so to not cause delay in ongoing projects. Must ensure material lists are created and provided at time of project commencement. Must be able to clearly communicate with both clientele and employees alike. Must have an understanding of marketing strategy to push new business opportunities. Perform inspections on residential and commercial buildings. Must be able to provide estimates on all work that is indicated on the reports. Solicitate real estate agents for new contacts. Provide any materials or equipment that will be needed for the jobs on the crew work sheet. Go to the jobsites prior to the crewmen starting the job to review the jobsite. If possible, go to the jobsites on the first day of the job to review the materials with the crew guy, as well as visiting the jobsites during the progress work being done on multiple day jobs to be sure the items that will be performed correctly to the agreement. Keep desk work area clean and stock with the proper paperwork for the jobs. Keep truck clean / organized and stocked with the proper paperwork and materials to be able to perform inspections. Proofread the reports before they are sent out to the clients. Take pictures of each finding.
