$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Construction Laborer / Inspector to join our team. This position involves assisting with construction activities while inspecting work for quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities Assist with general construction and labor duties as needed. Inspect construction work, materials, and equipment for quality and compliance. Identify and report defects, safety concerns, or work that does not meet specifications. Take measurements, document observations, and maintain accurate inspection records. Follow project plans, specifications, safety requirements, and company procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and other project personnel. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other duties related to construction and inspection as assigned. Qualifications Construction experience preferred. Previous inspection or quality-control experience is a plus. Ability to read basic construction plans and specifications. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor. Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. OSHA or other construction-safety training is a plus.
