Approximately 10 Weeks for Initial Data Collection Phase Position Summary Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking a detail-oriented BUILDER Database Update Specialist / Facility Asset Assessor to support a facility asset data capture, condition assessment, and database integration project. This position is responsible for conducting on-site facility inspections, identifying and documenting assets, assessing observable asset conditions, and maintaining accurate facility information within BUILDER, Prometheus, and other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) . The Specialist will spend a significant portion of the workday conducting field assessments throughout project facilities and will be responsible for accurately collecting, validating, and updating large volumes of asset information. The role also supports data integration, database management, process automation, and coordination with project stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. An engineering degree is not required for this position. Candidates with hands-on inspection, facility assessment, asset management, infrastructure, military, or federal facility experience are strongly encouraged to apply. platforms is preferred. Essential FunctionsFacility Inspections & Asset Data Collection Conduct on-site facility inspections and asset data capture across assigned buildings and infrastructure. Identify, locate, inventory, and document facility assets according to established project requirements. Perform visual condition assessments and accurately document observable asset conditions. Apply asset tags and other identification methods as required by the project. Collect asset information using tablets, laptops, inspection tools, and other field equipment. Capture photographs, measurements, asset identifiers, and other supporting information as required. Follow established assessment procedures, data standards, naming conventions, and project guidance. Review collected information for completeness and accuracy before submission. Identify discrepancies between existing database information and actual field conditions. Coordinate with project team members to resolve asset identification or data discrepancies. BUILDER, Prometheus & Asset Management Systems Enter, update, validate, and maintain facility asset information within BUILDER and Prometheus software. Utilize NexGen or other applicable

platforms when required by the project. Maintain accurate asset inventories, condition information, locations, and associated facility records. Review existing system information against field-collected data and make appropriate updates. Support migration and integration of collected information into existing asset management databases. Perform data validation and quality-control reviews to identify incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate records. Maintain data integrity throughout the asset collection and database update process. Follow established system procedures, cybersecurity requirements, and approved application requirements. Database Management & Data Integration Input and maintain large volumes of facility and asset data with a high degree of accuracy. Review existing asset records and compare database information with observed field conditions. Assist with integration of field-collected information into existing databases and facility management systems. Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent asset records. Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation. Support database cleanup and standardization efforts as required. Coordinate with project leadership and technical personnel regarding data integration requirements. Ensure information is maintained according to established project standards and quality requirements. Process Automation & Technology Support Support development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes using UiPath, as applicable. Utilize automation tools to improve repetitive data-entry, validation, and processing activities. Assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual data-processing requirements. Follow approved technology and cybersecurity requirements when utilizing software and automation tools. Participate in system configuration, workflow, and process improvement discussions as required. Field Coordination & Facility Access Coordinate building, room, and restricted-area access with facility representatives and other project stakeholders. Follow established escort or pre-arranged access procedures. Plan daily assessment routes and work activities based on facility access, project priorities, and assigned schedules. Communicate professionally with facility occupants, escorts, project personnel, and other stakeholders. Work independently throughout assigned facilities while maintaining communication with the project team. Follow applicable facility safety, security, access, and operational requirements. Minimize disruption to occupied and operational facilities while conducting assessments. Project Coordination & Quality Control Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve established project milestones. Participate in project planning sessions, status meetings, system configuration discussions, and progress updates. Follow project schedules, plans, procedures, and guidance documentation. Communicate field progress, data concerns, access issues, and other project risks to appropriate team members. Review completed work for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Correct identified data discrepancies and support project quality-control activities. Maintain organized records of completed facilities, assets, and outstanding work. Support other facility assessment and database activities as assigned. Qualifications - REQUIRED Previous experience with facility inspections, asset data collection, infrastructure assessment, facility maintenance, construction inspection, database management , or a related field. No engineering degree is required. Ability to conduct visual inspections and accurately identify and document observable asset conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency. Ability to enter, validate, and maintain large volumes of asset information. Basic proficiency with computers, tablets, and electronic data-entry systems. Ability to learn and navigate asset management and facility database applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow established inspection procedures, data standards, and project documentation. Ability to work independently in field environments for extended periods. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage daily assignments and meet established project deadlines. Ability to obtain required system access and credentials within 30 days of project start . Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) . Experience with Prometheus BUILDER software . Experience with NexGen or similar asset management platforms. Experience with other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) . Previous facility inspection or Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) experience. Experience identifying, inventorying, or condition-rating building and infrastructure assets. Experience working at military installations, federal facilities, or other government properties . Military or veteran experience is a plus. Infrastructure, construction, maintenance, inspection, or facility management experience is a plus. Experience with database management, data migration, or system integration. Experience with UiPath or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools . Work may be performed in administrative buildings, maintenance facilities, warehouses, mechanical spaces, utility areas, and other facility environments depending on project requirements. The Specialist will frequently move throughout multiple buildings and facility areas during the workday. Work may be performed independently, with periodic coordination with project leadership, facility representatives, escorts, and other assessment team members. The position may also include computer-based work involving database updates, data validation, documentation, system integration, and quality-control activities. Physical Demands This is an active field position requiring significant walking and movement throughout project facilities. The employee must be able to: Walk approximately 10,000 or more steps per day while conducting facility assessments. Walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Navigate multiple buildings, rooms, corridors, and facility areas. Regularly climb and descend stairs. Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as necessary to observe facility assets. Access tight or limited spaces when required and safely accessible. Carry and operate basic inspection equipment, including tablets, laptops, cameras, measuring devices, and related tools. Visually inspect assets and identify observable conditions, labels, equipment information, and physical deficiencies. Perform computer and data-entry activities following field assessments. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a temporary, project-based position with an anticipated initial data collection period of approximately 10 weeks . Work will primarily be performed on-site at assigned project facilities. Daily schedules may vary based on facility access, operational requirements, escort availability, and project priorities. The position may involve largely independent field work with periodic team meetings, project coordination, and data-management activities. Travel Travel requirements will vary based on assigned project locations. Employees may be required to travel between buildings, facilities, or project sites to complete assigned asset assessments and database activities. Any extended or overnight travel requirements will be communicated based on project needs. Work Authorization / Security Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to meet applicable client and project background requirements. Must be able to obtain required facility, system, and database access credentials. Must be able to obtain required system access within approximately 30 days of project start . Must comply with applicable cybersecurity, information-security, and facility-access requirements. Additional background screening or federal facility-access requirements may apply depending on the assigned project.
