Job Description
This is technical engineering work in the Department of Public Works Engineering. Work primarily involves conducting daily quality assurance inspections on commercial and residential construction sites for compliance with the Douglas County Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control (GESC) Manual. Successful employee will assume additional responsibilities under the County's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit requirements to include Education & Outreach, Illicit Discharge Detection & Elimination, Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping, and Post-Construction Runoff Control.
