Track stock levels of commonly used materials and identify potential shortages before they affect construction schedules. Compare material usage with production activity and report significant discrepancies. Review subcontractor inventory submissions for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, project-management, and field personnel to support timely replenishment and accurate material accountability. Assist with periodic inventory counts, reconciliation, and material audits as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
