In this role, you will conduct on-site inspections of construction projects throughout Florida and beyond to verify progress and support lender draw disbursement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in construction, architecture, engineering or lending who is looking to grow their career in the construction field. Responsibilities Travel to active construction project sites across Florida to perform bank draw inspections Assess and document construction progress against project schedules and budgets Review AIA documents, contracts, and change orders as part of the draw inspection process Prepare Plan Review and Cost Analysis reports for new projects Perform Property Condition Assessments for existing properties Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports for lenders Maintain organized records of site visits, photographs, and supporting documentation Qualifications Background in construction, architecture, engineering, lending, or a related field preferred Familiarity with AIA documents and contracts, and experience reviewing change orders No professional license required Strong attention to detail and ability to assess construction progress accurately Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with frequent regional travel Valid driver's license and good driving record Strong organizational and time-management skills Location This position is based at our office in Boca Raton, FL, with regular travel to project sites throughout Florida and the southeastern United States.
