Construction Project Manager / Field Inspector AFG Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced part-time Construction Project Manager / Field Inspector to provide onsite construction management support for a federal construction project in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will serve as AFG's primary local field resource and will support construction oversight, project coordination, inspection, schedule monitoring, documentation, and project closeout under the direction of AFG's Program Director. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform periodic onsite construction inspections and document work progress, quality, and conformance with contract requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with GSA, contractors, building personnel, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and schedule performance and identify potential delays or issues requiring management attention.
• Review and track RFIs, submittals, project correspondence, and other construction documentation.
• Assist with review and documentation of contractor work, field conditions, changes, and corrective actions.
• Prepare field reports, meeting documentation, progress updates, photographs, and supporting project records.
• Support review of contractor schedules, payment information, and other project controls documentation as required.
• Track deficiencies and outstanding construction items through resolution.
• Participate in punch-list inspections, substantial completion activities, final inspections, and project closeout.
• Support turnover and closeout documentation, including as-built records, warranties, and other required deliverables.
• Coordinate with AFG management and provide timely reporting regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Maintain required federal system access, security credentials, training, and project documentation.
