Position Summary:

We are looking to add a highly motivated individual to join our Property Operations team. As a Vacation Home Inspector, you will have end-to-end ownership over the on-the-ground operations for Andes STR properties. You will be the face of Andes in the community and will tackle a property's physical and technical challenges. In this role, you will report to the Orlando Housekeeping Manager and Field Operations Manager working closely with both the Property Management and Guest Communications teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light home maintenance (troubleshoot wifi, set up TVs, tighten loose screws, unclog a toilet..)
• Conduct regular inspections of properties for Maintenance and Cleanliness prior to guest and owner arrivals
• Partner with the local sales team to onboard new units to the portfolio
• Resolve escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to calls, tickets and some emails
• Ability to work with and direct vendors (e.g., housekeepers, maintenance)
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and Andes management team

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot home systems (e.g., TVs, wifi, etc)
• Some knowledge of commercial cleaning and minor repair tasks
• Highly responsive and reliable; excellent time management skills
• Professionalism in all forms of communication (e.g., email, phone calls, video calls and texts)
• Reliable transportation, and valid driver's license
• Technical computer skills required - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work "hospitality hours", including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time ○ Can bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, reach overhead and below the waist ○ Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds ○ Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds Schedule
• This is a part-time to full time position 30-40 hours
• The Field Ops Specialist will need to be available to perform property checks and address guest issues as they arise, including weekends and holidays Good to have:
• Bilingual, with working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Prior technical setup experience (e.g., wifi, cable, etc); housekeeping experience
• 3+ years of service experience Compensation, perks and benefits:
