$20/hour Job Overview We are seeking a Home Inspector to perform residential inspections throughout Collier and Lee County . This is a field-based role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow a structured inspection process . Inspectors evaluate homes from roof to foundation , document findings, and provide professional reports that help clients make informed decisions. Training Training is paid at $20/hour and lasts 1 week to 3 months , depending on experience and performance. Responsibilities Perform residential home inspections following Florida standards Inspect major systems including roof, structure, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical Follow company inspection procedures and checklists Document findings using inspection software Submit clear reports on time Travel to inspection sites across Collier & Lee County Communicate professionally with clients when needed Requirements Active Florida Home Inspector License (Required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to use inspection software, tablets, or smartphones for reports Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently in the field Physical Requirements Climb ladders and access roofs and attics Enter crawlspaces when necessary Work in Florida heat and outdoor environments Compensation & Benefits $30 - $37.50 per hour after training $20/hour training pay
