Permit is issued. Walls are open. Drywall is on site. We need a licensed EC to wire it. Medical office build-out in Hunter's Creek — physical therapy and chiropractic clinic in a former retail suite. Our electrician is stepping off over pricing, not over the job. Everything is in place for the right contractor to start immediately. What's done for you: Electrical permit
