Licensed Home Inspector

Job Type:

Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) About the Role We are looking for a licensed Home Inspector to join our team. You'll be responsible for performing high-quality residential inspections—with a focus on 4-Point and Wind Mitigations—and occasionally residential properties. We value professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do Perform Inspections:

Conduct thorough assessments of structural components and major home systems to company standards.

Reporting:

Use inspection software to document findings and deliver clear, accurate reports on time.

Communicate:

Explain findings clearly to homeowners and real estate agents.

Grow:

Stay up to date on industry standards and insurance requirements.

Requirements License:

Current Florida Home Inspector License (Required).

Driver's License:

Valid license and a clean driving record.

Physical Ability:

Must be comfortable climbing ladders, entering crawlspaces/attics, and working in Florida weather.

Traits:

Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own daily schedule.

Tools:

Must own basic inspection tools (vehicle status discussed during interview).
