Residential and Commercial Underwriting Inspector

• PT Reliable Reports ("Reliable") is rapidly growing company that has one opening for a part-time commercial insurance and residential inspector to cover a 35 mile radius around Spring Hill, Fl. Qualified candidate will be able to gather detailed photographs, obtain accurate information, and work independently. Successful candidates can expect to earn $16
• $26 per hour and also will be eligible for mileage reimbursement up to a certain limit.

Work on Saturdays is available based on business need. No prior experience, license, or certification is required. We provide paid training (computer based and on-the-job training), support, and guidance. • Analyze data and information gathered during inspections to provide accurate reports
• Utilize organizational skills to manage inspection schedules and meet deadlines
• Document findings accurately and efficiently using industry-specific terminology
