Job Description

Overview Inspection Depot is expanding our Florida field inspection network and is looking for reliable field inspectors to complete residential insurance and underwriting inspections in multiple Florida counties. Inspections may include property condition, high-value, replacement cost, This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with pay based per inspection (Not hourly). Duties include inspecting residential and commercial buildings. This involves operating your UAV in accordance with all applicable Rules and Regulations. Pilots must be comfortable operating drone within close proximity to buildings and other objects. Duties Schedule and complete property inspections Take clear, accurate photographs Document property conditions and construction details Complete reports accurately and on time Use our online platform to manage assignments, photos, and reports Requirements Experience in construction, property inspections, insurance, contracting, or a related field Good communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and web-based technology Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available for qualified candidates.
Required equipment:
Reliable transportation Drone and FAA Part 107 License Smartphone with a good-quality camera Ladder or extension pole for required roof photos Computer/tablet and reliable internet access If you're interested in field inspection work and have a background in construction or property-related services, we'd love to hear from you.

$48.00 - $73.00 per hour
