EnviroPro 360 is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Mold and Asbestos Inspector to join our team. We provide independent environmental inspections, testing, and consulting for residential and commercial properties throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Our work helps homeowners, contractors, property managers, and facility operators understand building conditions and make informed decisions. We specialize in inspections and testing and do not perform remediation. If you enjoy investigating problems, working in the field, and communicating with people, this position offers an opportunity to develop valuable technical skills. Relevant experience and certifications are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Perform mold, moisture, and asbestos inspections after completing the required training and obtaining applicable credentials. Evaluate accessible building materials and conditions for evidence of water intrusion, moisture damage, and suspected microbial growth. Collect air, surface, and building-material samples using established procedures. Operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, air-sampling pumps, and other inspection equipment. Document findings through clear field notes, photographs, measurements, and accurate sample records. Assist with inspection reports and communicate observations to the project team. Conduct air monitoring and clearance-related assessments as training and qualifications allow. Communicate professionally with clients, including arrival updates and explanations of the inspection process. Maintain sampling equipment, supplies, and assigned safety equipment. Travel to project sites throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Report to the Augusta office before and after site visits unless otherwise approved. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical procedures. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Dependability, punctuality, and a professional appearance. The ability to work independently, manage appointments, and maintain organized records. Comfort using smartphones, computers, and digital reporting tools. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Willingness to complete company-paid training and obtain required certifications and licenses. Ability to perform essential field duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including accessing crawlspaces and attics, climbing ladders, carrying inspection equipment, and working in varying temperatures. Ability to meet applicable requirements for required respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment. Preferred Experience Experience in environmental inspections, restoration, water mitigation, construction, home inspections, or a related field is helpful. Asbestos building inspector credentials, ACAC mold certifications, and IICRC training are a plus. Degree in Industrial Hygiene or Microbiology preferred.
