SUMMARY Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to reviews Integra and ensures the job matches the customer specifications. Ability to reviews Submittal drawing(s) to ensure the product is laid out according to the drawing. Ability to reviews the legend to ensure the correct model and voltage of compressors are documented and the circuit order and valve sizes are correct. Ability to checks piping on racks and/or house assemblies according to the work instruction Inspecting Circuit Piping Ability to record any major findings from the piping inspection on the Quality Assurance Inspection Form Ability to perform leak checking and vacuum testing for parallel assembly units only according to the Trace Gas Leak Testing Procedure and the Vacuum Dehydration Procedure Ability to verify if the vacuum testing by the manufacturing areas has met production standards Interprets electrical/mechanical engineering drawings, schematic diagrams and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis Integra. (Business System). Uploads Job specific data, Photos and results into Integra and retrieves data and records when required for review. Perform quality transactions Ability to perform Final Walk of any unit assemblies to ensure all major findings have been corrected according to the Final Walk Instruction

Tolerance (Delta)of1/2"" is not acceptable. Basic refrigeration electrical systems power and control components—compressors, fans, and defrost heaters—using high-voltage (120/240V) for motors and low-voltage (24V) for controls like thermostats and relays Basic refrigeration mechanical as entry level of knowing the components as compresor ,condenser ,metering devices, evaporators which circulate refrigerant to change its state between liquid and gas, effectively lowering temperatures through evaporation and releasing heat through condensation. General Understanding of Quality Assurance Best Practices General Understanding of Structural, Ventilation, and Electrical Power and Control Concepts Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks Strong attention to accuracy and detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with positive can-do attitude The ability to demonstrate dependability and flexibility to manage work as required
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have Electrical and/or Mechanical background. Must understand the flow and occurrences of an Electrical Power Generation and Distribution System.
