Job Description:

The Field Technician is responsible for performing detailed site inspections and collaborating with Client Success Managers to ensure an exceptional client experience during the preliminary project scoping phase. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to upholding Kapili Construction's high standards of service.

Daily Routine:

Check in at the office by 7:00am for the inspection route. Maintain accurate availability windows in the Outlook calendar. Check out at the office at the end of the day, confirming all completed inspections with the project lead.

Inspections:

Perform pre-proposal 80-point inspection at scheduled site addresses. Conduct post-project inspections to ensure completed work meets quality and customer satisfaction standards. Complete commercial repair inspections as required

Documentation:

Record inspection findings accurately and submit reports promptly. Maintain organized and clear documentation for all site visits

Compensation:

Per Inspection $40 per residential pre-proposal field inspection performed. $40 per residential post-project inspection performed. $100 per commercial repair inspection performed.

Additional Compensation:

$50 per 5 star Google Review received from clients whose inspections you performed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow basic SOPs and learn new skills. Punctuality and reliable attendance are critical. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with roofing or construction (preferred but not required). Valid driver's license
