This role involves inspecting and testing materials, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Location
• This position will start on an active construction site in Blackfoot, ID (greater ID Falls area). Daily attendance on an active construction site is expected. Aiken, SC may be a future project location site opportunity.
• Responsibilities
• + Conduct thorough inspections of works and structures to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

+ Perform material testing and analysis, and other relevant assessments. + Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality control plans and procedures. + Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, and work with the construction team to implement corrective actions. + Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. + Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports on findings. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the job site. \#LI-LH1

• Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:

• + At least 3-5+ years of experience in quality inspection.

+ Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. + Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment. + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Additional certifications in quality control or construction management.

+ Experience with large-scale construction projects. + Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
