Weekday Day Shift:

Monday•Thursday | 7:00 AM•3:00

PM Weekday Swing Shift:

Monday•Thursday | 3:00 PM•11:00

PM Weekday Grave Shift:

Monday•Thursday | 11:00 PM•7:00

AM Weekend Day Shift:

Friday•Sunday | 7:00 AM•7:00

PM Weekend Grave Shift:

Friday•Sunday | 7:00 PM•7:00 AM In-home and community-based services Responsibilities Assist with daily living and independence goals Implement individual support plans Provide transportation and community support Document services and collect data Ensure participant safety Follow company policies and procedures Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or GED Valid Idaho driver's license, vehicle insurance, reliable vehicle & safe driving record Ability to assist with lifting and daily living tasks CPR/First Aid & Medication Assistance (certification provided if needed) Free from communicable diseases

Preferred:

1+ year caregiving or developmental disabilities experience

Pay & Benefits Quarterly Bonus:

$14.00•$15.00 per hour Application Question(s): This position requires employees to be 18 years or older. Do you currently meet this requirement? This position requires a week of training M-F, 8:00am•4:00pm, before starting with participants. Are you able to complete this week of training?
