Qualifications:
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience performing construction inspection and materials testing on transportation, utility, or other civil infrastructure projects Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong communication and documentation skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management. (Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree) Relevant industry certifications such as DOT, ACI, ICC, NICET, or equivalent credentials are a plus. Experience with transportation, roadway, bridge, utility, or public infrastructure projects. Surveying and construction layout experience.Work Environment:
This role is primarily field-based and performed outdoors at active construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and walking uneven terrain. The position may involve lifting, carrying equipment, standing for extended periods, and travel to project locations throughout the region.About Lochmueller Group:
