Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for report writing, data collection, and documentation purposes. Extensive construction site experience with a focus on public infrastructure projects or civil works. Strong understanding of building code analysis, construction regulations, and safety standards applicable to public works construction inspection. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints reading, and analyzing construction plans and specifications. Experience conducting construction quality inspections and site inspections with an emphasis on quality control measures. Ability to assess construction management practices, contracts compliance, and enforce regulatory standards effectively. Excellent analysis skills for evaluating technical data related to pipelines or other civil infrastructure components.
