Position not approved for third-party recruiters. Click for details Are you a motivated, energetic, and ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Senior Construction Inspector to be part of a growing team building B&N's Construction Service practice in Indianapolis.
B&N Senior Construction Inspector Responsibilities:
Monitor work of contractors to ensure quality control and contract compliance for roadway, structure, and bridge construction Monitor contractor's operations to ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications Provide general inspection on construction labor and subcontracted tasks Provide report of assigned work activities, contractor labor and equipment, and quantity of materials received Ensure construction methods and procedures are followed and that materials incorporated into project conform to the project material specifications Perform on-site material testing and verification Calibrate and maintain testing equipment Create and compile close out/final construction records documents for submission Assist in the documentation of as-built record drawings Assist in the writing of technical reports summarizing inspection findings Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years' construction-related experience All required jurisdictional certificates and statement requirements All 6 INDOT Certified Technician courses INDOT Qualified Testing Proficiencies Capable Valid state driver's license INDOT SiteManager and AWP software experience preferred To learn more about B&N's Perks and Culture click here . #LI-PC1
